"Casa Monte Velho” at Praia do Carvoeiro, approx. 15 minutes walking distance to the sea and the Fischer port. A very beautiful view over Carvoeiro and the sea. From the roof terrace, there is a wonderful panorama view - 180° sea and the hinterland up to the Serra de Monchique. The Property is 3800 square meter large, defined with walls and hedges. The gardener maintains the garden and comes 2 times per week .

The private mansion, including roofed terraces, is approx. 245 square meter large and offers plentifully place for 8 persons.

4 bedrooms, two of it with bath, WC and Bidet and two with shower and WC and Bidet.

The living room with sofa combination: Two sofas for 3 persons, one sofa for two persons and one armchair, television (satellite Astra.) DVD Player and radio. In the conterminous dining-room there is an extendable table with eight chairs. Heating in all rooms and baths (gas and solar central heating). In the living room ther is also a chimney. Ther is directly access to the terraces into the garden or to the pool from all living - and sleepingrooms.

A very well equipped kitchen. Table with 4 chairs, 150 litre refrigerator with freezer, stove with ceramic - cook field and hot-air baking-oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc. There is also a BBQ Area. Towels and bath-towels are present. Telephone  in the house. A Safe is also available. The maid comes  and holds the house in order.

The saltwater pool is 10 x 5 meters large. The water is a litle bit salty and pleasant on the skin. No strong chlorine as usualy used in most pools. The pool is cleaned twice the week and the water is checked. From November to April only once per week.  

In the area of Praia do Carvoeiro thera are three golf courses. One of it, Vale de Milho, can be attained within a walk of 15 minutes. At the whole coast of the Algarve there are very good diving and fishing possibilities. Around Carvoeiro there are several beautiful beaches along the coast: Praia da Marinha, Nossa Senhora da Rocha, Benagil, Praia do Carvalho, Centianes and the beach in Carvoeiro.

With trips in the hinterland you see Towns like Silves, Monchique, Caldas de Monchique and S. Bartolomeu de Messines. Close to the house there are purchase possibilities - also in the town. At the street from Lagoa to Carvoeiro there is big supermarket (Intermarche).
